Trina Rasmussen Jones, Medford Sports Hall of FameTrina grew up in Medford, participating in basketball and softball.  She started to play racquetball through the encouragement of her dad. She routinely was beaten badly but developed a strong desire to win because of her hours of practice and play in the local courts. She became a National Champion at the age of 15, and after graduating from Medford Senior High in 1982, earned a full ride scholarship in racquetball to Cal State Sacramento. Along the way she won titles both nationally and internationally in racquetball. Eventually, she turned her efforts to golf, where she has continued her winning ways.
