Stephanie started playing softball with the Medford Little League at the age of 9, and by age 11 she was playing with the Tornado Tuff youth ASA travel ball program.  Making the varsity team as a freshman gave her experience to help win state championships in ’97 and ’98.  Steph graduated from North Medford in 99 and received a scholarship to play softball for Oregon State University.  While at OSU the team reached post season play every year with a national ranking, never dropping below the top 20.  Their best finish ranked 9th in the nation.  Stephanie became the graduate assistant coach after her senior year and graduated from OSU in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science.  Stephanie is a firefighter for Portland Fire & Rescue and lives in Beaverton.
